Cancellation & Booking Policy

A 24 hour notice is required to prevent cancellation charges. 

Deposits are non-refundable. 

Deposits can be transferred to another service date if notified within cancellation policy. 

If you don't notify Nikita, you are considered a no show & your card will be charged 50% of service you booked. 

If you're requesting a service that isn't listed please reserve your time & contact me immediately. 

You must contact me the same day you book the appointment to confirm that I offer the style & have the additional time available. 

Consultations are required for all color & custom wigs services. 

Deposit is required to book an appointment with Nikita. 

The $25 fee will be applied to your service.

Late fees will be applied:

If you are less than 30 minutes late a $20 fee will be added to your service 

If you are 30 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled & the card on file will be charged 50% of total service.  

Communication is always preferred, and highly respected. If you don't show up for an appointment you will be blocked from booking with Nikita.
